We keep getting "0 documents..." when we try to search for a string of charactors within a field. The field is for a part_number (1 word) and the user is looking for a particular string within the field. We've tried enabling the checkboxes, "Use word varients" & "Fuzzy search". I'd rather not write an agent if there is a solution which could easily be applied everywhere. Any help appreciated.
